Who is Eliana Rosa
Hi Eliana, could you share with us and those who wish to come to the Etruscan Coast on vacation, your educational background and experiences?
“Hello Patrizia and Gianni, I look forward to welcoming those who choose Tuscany for a deep wellness experience. This is my background:
- Rebirther since 2021: Registered Professional Fac Certified
- Facilitator in Systemic Family Constellations since 2022: Trained at Home Constellations, Systemic Family Constellator Training Italy and Amasti Mondi
- Conscious Breathing Technique: 5 years of dedication to the study of Breatwork and the Birth Scenario through Rebirthing, accumulating 1500 hours between training and internship
- Lecturer of the Rebirthing Practitioner Training School: Fac Certified since 2023
- Studies in Shamanism and Four Element Balance: 3 years of immersion in ancient practices to understand the structure of meditation and its benefits
- First and Second Level Reiki: A skill that complements my holistic approach to wellness
I would like to mention that I am in constant training as a Systemic – Corporate Family Constellator. .”
Where do you carry out these activities and what are the main areas on which you focus your work?
“My work takes place primarily at the Zohar Center in Cecina, but I am available to travel within a radius of about 30 miles, offering flexibility for individual or group sessions, in-person and online.
- I conduct Systemic and Corporate Family Constellations sessions, individual and group
- I use the technique of Conscious Breathing or Breathwork
- I use the Reiki technique for energy balancing

“ Family Constellations can be defined as Acts of Love . Bert Hellinger, who laid the foundations for these, stated that everyone’s life is conditioned by destinies and feelings that are not truly personal and personal; even serious illnesses, the desire for death and problems at work can be due to the entanglements of the family system and can be brought to light through this methodology.The main function of the Constellations is simply to Unite what was previously divided, through love and be a valid tool for untying knots in couple relationships, at work and in relationships in general whatever they may be.

Leonard Orr, who developed Rebirthing in the 1960s, wrote that mindful breathing and the transformation of self-limiting and negative thoughts into constructive ones should be at the center of the educational system, a statement I totally agree with, as it would give individuals vital tools for emotional and mental development from a young age.”

“Working through the Helping Relationship means. being in the Service of Life! Deep work in the relationship with myself has led me to have a bigger vision: to bring to others the ability to be centered, grounded, present, aware of themselves and their relationships.
What I bring is the ability to be mindful, to manage one’s emotions and relationships, to look deeply and feel the energy through our breath and through our Systemic Family Memories.
Just like the seed that is planted, in the warm mantle of the earth and then once sprouted and carefully tended allows a beautiful flower to bloom in all its beauty, in all its strength, with courage and determination. This is my vision: To unite what was previously divided , to be in the Service of Life, to bring Success into the world is to share its beauty with others.”
